| Account PlacementCoast Professional, Inc. (Coast) gives web access to our clients via FACSWeb. Clients have the ability to manually enter accounts on-line, upload a file securely via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, or transfer a file via SFTP.
NOTE: File formats supported include Comma Separated (*.csv), Text (*.txt), and MS Excel (*.xls, *.xlsx). Special setup is required for SFTP. Please contact Client Services for setup and information.
Protecting Non-public Personal Information (NPI)
Coast is committed to the security of Non-public Personal Information (NPI) as set forth in NIST Special Publication 800-53rev2. Coast’s policy states that all data files transferred to Coast or transferred from Coast that includes NPI must be password protected and encrypted using AES 128-bit advanced encryption.
